Apply new main screen style to non-tabular formats

Problem description

Right now if we, for example, upload an image, the ODE displays the old datagird style (buttons at the bottom of the page):

Solution: we need to apply the new style of the datagrid (buttons Publish and Save changes) to all type of files.
