Problem description
Right now, when the user clicks on the metadata panel, the ODE displays the feature at the bottom of the datragrid.
Since we are also changing how the Errors panel is displayed, please, display the metadata panel in full screen

@romicolman this also applies for the Source panel? or only for Metadata?
Is this how it has to look in fullscreen?
