ODE does not ingest a public Google Sheets

Problem description

This is a problem reported by one of the organizations conducting the pilot. They tried to ingest this Google Sheets and the ODE displays a message saying the URL is not valid or that the data is not publicly available.

I checked the file, and data is effectively online (see file here).

Can you please check what could be going on?

Hi @roll! I'm adding more context here. I asked ACIJ to share the Datos tenencia censo 2022 (1).xlsx. I tried to ingest it and got this error:

We discussed this issue during our stand-up meeting. The problem here is that the user is adding a public Google Sheets ending in html. This is the reason why the ODE is not ingesting the file. I'll add a clarification to the ODE user guide.
