• If the section rect will not be visible after expand, scroll minimum amount to show the section completely

• If the section rect will be visible after expand, do nothing. (or give option to scroll to top/middle/ bottom?)

• If the section height is bigger than table view height, scroll to top or bottom(Give this option in another variable or make this cases an enum?)
