Exporting a report with a coloured label to PDF results in a PDF report with a label missing the background colour

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new report layout
3. Add a label to the layout, and set the background colour to something
that obviously doesn't match the page colour (I picked orange)
4. Export your report layout onto PDF

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the PDF report to have the label with background colour.
Instead, the label appeared with proper text, but no background colour.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
