Vanilla JS alternative

Hi there!

Thanks so much @okonet for all your thoughts and work that went into this library. A few days ago I was searching for exactly what react-scroll-sync is doing and realized that there is no vanilla js version of it that is up-to-date enough for my taste.

So I created one: https://github.com/hirasso/scrollmirror

Maybe interesting for other folks like me that don't want to depend on React? :)
