Background info
We should support Spring Boot 3.1.
Expected behavior
When selecting Spring Boot 3.1 versions, the Okta starter can be used.
What went wrong?
Please provide log or error messages if applicable.
Steps to reproduce
Go to start.spring.io, select Spring Boot 3.1 M2, then try to select Okta.

I believe it can be once start.spring.io allows Okta to be selected with Spring Boot 3.1.0.

Okta is available on start.spring.io with Spring Boot 3.1.0
