README and example page fixes

The link to the example page in the readme is a 404. Under the ## Usage heading, the link looks like it should be https://oktadev.github.io/react-odyssey/ rather than https://oktadeveloper.github.io/react-odyssey/ which is a 404.

Also on https://oktadev.github.io/react-odyssey/, it looks like some assets are not loading. https://odyssey.okta.design/css/nimatron.css has a SSL error and if accepting the risk and going to the page, it is a 404.
