Documents to change http port and enable websocket support

Hi,

Does exchain support websocket access? What is the address to access websocket?
I found out that the address for http is http://localhost:26659/ by default.
How can we change the port number?
Do you have any documents for params to setup the node config?

I tried to add the node config via config.toml file but it did not affect anything.
