Dynamic directories

Directories could be added to bagop either static or dynamic. New files in a static dir would need to be manually added to bagop, while in a static dir new files would automagically be added to bagop. Suggested syntax:

bagop --dynamic add somedir/

and dynamic dirs could show up in bagop stat with a ! trailing the status: OK!, NEW!, MIS!, OLD!
