User Story #7 - Use data from existing Assets for new Assets

We should be able to assign the information from existing Assets to new ones. So when new Asset is created/uploaded we would be able to use information from previous issues instead of entering everything again.

Need to be done:

• When new Asset is uploaded user can select pre-populated fields/information from an Asset to be replicated/copied to other Assets.
