[PLAYBACK] Audio stuck conforming

Summary
Sometimes when I import an audio file into the timeline, every time I move the playhead, the bottom of the window will say "Audio Conforming" followed by the name of the file and 3:0. Whenever this happens, the audio will not play. Videos exported with audio with this issue result in a crash.

This doesn't always happen, but it happens quite a lot.
