I see issues 2 years old and most of them even lack a basic response from the author. Is this library dead? I was almost about to start using it but if its this broken, I might save my time and look elsewhere.

Somewhere the author responded that he has no time to actively devlop davis.js anymore.

Hello, I'm one of those collaborators.

I have to merge my changes into this repository sometime when I'm not busy,
