Cannot cast anything to TV?

I try to cast any media to TV either using the UI clicking on "Browse Media", or by calling the service manually on developer tools, and the TV does not respond (does not do anything)

The media should be casted to the TV

Environment details:
- Environment (HASSIO, Raspbian, etc): Docker
- Home Assistant version installed: 2023.2.5
- Component version installed: v0.11.6
- Last know working version: ?
- TV model: 55QN85BA

The TV always randomly asks for home assistant permission to access the TV, and I have to accept it using the remote, but even accepting it does not work
This issue is stale because it has been open 45 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 7 days.
