Select Input source - SoundBar - HDMI

Hello,

I have a sound bar connected to the HDMI earc of the TV.
I have configured smarthing with the apiky, and it works "fine".
The problem is the following:

That to my soundbar has connected in turn a media player.

In the TV options, it is detected as another extra HDMI input.

However it is not being detected by the HA.
I have looked at the smarthing website and this appears:

two elements on the same HDMI3.
One the bar itself, and the other the player. In Ha it appears to me to select "LG" (the bar), but I need to be able to select "Oppo-LG".
