SMARthings error 503. No work integration.

For a few days now, the integration has been disabled, as if the TV was turned off.

I have tried several things and I don't see any errors in the log.
The only thing I have found, is that when accessing the smarthings api, in the token creation screen, the links that lead to the smarthings api returns error 503.

Is this a general error?
Is this causing problems in the integration?

I don't know what error 503 means. I suppose is some generic error connecting to SmartThings but not details. Loosing connection to SmartThings you should not totally lose device control but only some of the feature. In any case my suggestion is to reconfigure integration, maybe without SmartThings token and check if it works, that try again with the token and check the difference.
