Making the register and login page receive an action of the php code written for it

In our register and login page, the action of the form hasn't been modified yet it's being sent to an email recipient which I Linked it to.

But that's not what we want to achieve.

The register and login page should have it's PHP code that takes those user data for storage.

I have provided easy comments in the form for code readability.
