Update `pfcpsim` dependency to `v1.0.0`

pfcpsim is used for the integration tests and go tests in the upf. The latest pfcpsim version uses an updated version of go-pfcp and to be able to use the updated go-pfcp or pfcpsim, changes/updates need to be made to the following files:
- pfcpiface/parse_far.go
- test/integration/basic_test.go
- test/integration/framework.go
