Crufty references to "o:item" default setting

This would be used by mixed-Resource imports or possibly by plain Media imports.

There's code for handling an o:item argument in the mapping form and for handling such an argument in the mapping backend(s), but to my eye there's never an actual setting like that on the form so that's all just cruft.
