Visibility and Is Open helper language

The helper text for these basic settings is pretty unclear: it mostly is actually information about what values will be supported in the CSV file if using a mapped column for visibility or openness, but that's a totally different setting in a different part of the UI.

It also doesn't really explain the interaction between the default setting it's actually the help text for and the mapped columns (if you're using them).
