Sourcing the fields from the resource templates

Is it possible to automatically build a form from my own resource template, in a way similar to what the /admin does, without having to add all the fields corresponding to my resource templates one by one?

I suppose it's possible, but, given how prompts are built, it would be tricky to implement in both the code and UI.
