Better signal that search operates across whole Scripto installation

A tester suggested that the search appear closer to the filters, but it sits further towards the top because it acts across the whole Scripto installation as opposed to an individual project. I'd hoped the positioning would dispel the confusion, but it needs something else.

This issue should actually better represent the simple search as acting upon a single project's content.
