Countdown sometimes lags behind

Sometimes the Countdown takes considerably longer to count down then usual. I dont know why because everything should be loaded at that point already.

I wonder if this a Windows specific issue. I have to experience this I think,
I only suggest it as a Windows issues because there was an unusual pause when first entering a game mode
