Show unsupported browser message before loading

At present, users of Firefox need to wait until all files are loaded, open a panel, and try to activate an unsupported feature to receive a "browser not supported message". It may be better to feature detect VideoEncoder and if that fails display the error message and avoid loading any files unnecessarily.
