Sorry, I mistyped the version numbers. It should be 2.14.0 installed via 2.14.0
installer . The version of product is 2.14.0

Hi there,
Thanks for reporting the issue!
Sometimes this happens because the installer could not remove all of the old
files from the previous version during the installation. Please try to
completely uninstall the framework, and then navigate to the installation
directory and make sure no file exists there (you can safely delete any files
in the Accord.NET folder, if you have uninstalled the project through
Add/Remove programs).
Afterwards, please try to install it again. By the way, I just noticed that the
unit tests were not being included with the installer. I am generating a new
installer setup, but it shouldn't affect the issue you are experiencing!
Hope it helps!
Cesar

Dear Cesar,
Does the donate button credit your paypal account directly?
I'm thinking of making a token donation because I find the Accord.Net
fascinating and useful.

Dear Cesar,
You are correct . The installer left certain files alone. Upon deleting the
entire project folder , it compiles fine.
Thanks
