Expose location client to host app, ability to request users location if location services are down

On Reveal we need to be able to ask for special password when interacting with structures that are not near a user.

• We need Location client to be exposed the host app, so that the host app can be able to determine users last location.

• Ability to request for users location if location services are turned off and be able configure the text on the dialogue whenever user declines to turn on the location services.
