When running tasks asynchronously, organization profile cache becomes stale when adding/removing users

• Onadata version: v4.4.0

Problem description

Cache not set correctly when adding/removing users from organizations. This only happens when running permissions assign tasks asynchronously

Expected behavior

Cache should be set correctly

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Run onadata permission& user add/remove from organization tasks asynchronously
• Add and remove users from an organization
• Note the delay
