Jupyter notebook integration

Jupyter notebook have integration to bring in data from external sources that get modeled as a filesystem.
This issue is to track the work to write the plugin that integrates the Datamon FS with Jupyter notebook as a plugin. This can be initially built on top of the Fuse FS that exists and eventually be a SDK in itself.
