Add another config option to pass the TOTP like the password

You can currently provide the onelogin password with the command/config option --onelogin-password which can take a command for the password manager cli.
Could you please add an exact same option for the TOTP?
The most password managers with the TOTP feature also provide a way to access the current token through the cli, so this option could make the login process a lot quicker and easier.
