No way to report bugs

Opened this issue · 0 comments

PART OF GTC OPEN SOURCE INTIATIVE

The flutter-bond repo does not have a way to report bugs. This makes it difficult for developers to track and fix bugs.

For example, if a user finds a bug, they have to find a way to contact the developers directly. This can be difficult, and it can also lead to bugs being reported late, which can make them more difficult to fix.

Proposed Solution
We should add a new feature to allow users to report bugs directly from the app. This feature could do the following:

  1. Provide a form for users to fill out with information about the bug, such as the steps to reproduce it, the expected behavior, and the actual behavior.
  2. Send the bug report to the developers.
  3. Allow users to track the status of their bug report.

Benefits
This feature would make it easier for users to report bugs, which would help the developers to track and fix bugs more quickly. It would also make it easier for users to track the status of their bug reports, which would give them peace of mind knowing that their bug is being worked on.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Find a bug in the flutter-bond repo.
  2. Go to the "Report a Bug" page.
  3. Fill out the form with information about the bug.
  4. Click "Submit."

Expected Behavior
When a user submits a bug report, the developers should receive an email with the information from the form. The developers should then investigate the bug and work on fixing it.

Actual Behavior
Currently, when a user submits a bug report, the developers do not receive an email with the information from the form. The developers are not able to investigate the bug or work on fixing it.
