Design updates as requested by the team
On the index page:
- Remove the expanding sections
- Move FLOW amount inline and below the address. Should display as "1,500.00134 FLOW"
- Display address all lower case
On the Account page:
- Add Flowser as an external link
- Move funds above scopes
- FLOW should be above FUSD on the funds list
