Remember scroll position when switching editors

It would be a nice-to-have if the playground would remember your scroll position in particular files when you switch to viewing other files. It's not convenient to have to scroll back down every time you switch between a tx/contract for instance. It's also more familiar behaviour when comparing to other code editors.
