A sizeable number of breaking changes have been made to the repo contents which have not yet been deployed to testnet. We'll need to deploy these changes to a new testnet account. Before we do, the following work needs to be completed:

Once all dependencies have been resolved, the contracts should be deployed to a new testnet account and all corresponding documentation updated to point developers to the correct testnet address.
