This repo currently implements and outdated hybrid custody contract suite and needs to be updated to current state.

Implement the hybrid-custody repo in this, replacing the current linked-accounts implementation.

Context

Related: onflow/hybrid-custody#59

This is dependent on the hybrid custody workstream which is currently awaiting an audit report. Once the shape of those contracts are solidified, work can begin on this ticket.

Elsewhere, work is underway on a react mobile application that will build on the contents of this repo, making this a potential blocker for that workstream.
