Allow to measure memory usage with default `/usr/bin/time` on macOS or other portable way

Now we use GNU time to measure memory usage but it seems there is no GNU time on macOS by default. It is nice if we can measure memory usage on the default macOS. We need to use macOS' /usr/bin/time or some other portable way.
