Getting warnings in console (sometimes)

Hi,
I am trying out your library. But it is throwing some strange warnings (after installing the library) in the console once in a while when app restarts. This happens rarely and I am not sure what is causing this behaviour.

There seems to be some kind of memory leak as well, the indexed db size keeps increasing for some reason.

Favored Dexiejs over nanosql for now.
