Thanks for making this plug-in. When I open the ePub on my Sony PRS T1 ereader, only the first article shows a page number in the table of contents and the other ones don't. Can that be fixed or is it a Calibre bug?

I've not seen that before. This hands off everything to calibre for building as properly as I understand.
Can you verify if this happens with any other plugins?

That's a good one, seems to be a Calibre problem because it happens with other 'recipes' too. Thanks for your quick reply.
