Make accumulative chart less literal

Current behaviour:
When plotting accumulative chart (area chart), if the last value update was few weeks ago the chart would stop right there in a very "literal" manner. In real world, what would be expected is for the area to extend till "up-to-date": and fill the area of the chart even when there hasn't been any update.
