Overview
This is the letter-draft. The user can send the letter to someone in the future such as one year later or two years later.
This is written in HTML5(Haml), CSS3(Sass), JavaScript(jQuery), Ruby on Rails(5.2.4.1). The user type email of the recipient, date of sending day, the background-image, the content of letter. They are stored in the database. Based on the database, the manager of this web application send the letter to recipient in email.
feature: auto-mail(When user submit, he/she receives the mail.), multipart-forms, switch the background image(when user click the button)
Use MySQL Use Haml and Sass and BEM The library of JavaScript is "jQuery". The version of Ruby on Rails is "5.2.4.1".
- Install the files
- Go to the directory of "future-letter" in your own terminal
- Type "rails s" in the terminal
- Open your own web browser
- Type "localhost:3000" in the browser
