Web Protege is a thing, but I don't know much about it. For the "Building OBO Ontologies" draft I claim that it doesn't fit into our standard workflows, but I may be wrong. In particular, I want to know how you would use it with
- GitHub
- templates
- Make + ROBOT automation

One thing is for sure, it is not for expressive ontologies - the UI is pretty geared towards simple axioms. Probably worth another look though since I stopped following the project a few years ago!
