Use LoLa's standardizationStatus for ontology languages as well as ontologies

The OntoIOp registry in its current state has information about the standardization status (including standardization body and level, e.g. W3C Candidate Recommendation vs. ISO Committee Draft) of ontology languages, serializations, and theoretically also logics. Similarly to OMV's LicenseModel, I realize that this also applies to ontologies. E.g. PSL is a Common Logic ontology, which itself has been standardized. So we should definitely make my "standardization" vocabulary part of the Ontohub metadata ontology. (It is ad hoc and incomplete, but I haven't found a better one.)
