Description: Move to new VPS Provider, can swallow more traffic 😆
Start: October 28, 2018 8:00:00 AM CEST
Affected: Current dns.de.blahdns.com server which includes (DNS-over-HTTPS, DNS-over-TLS, DNSCrypt)
Once the migration process complete will announce new IPv4, IPv6, DNSCrypt stamps, DNS-over-HTTPS stamps.

Germany dot and doh address changed from
dns.de.blahdns.com -> dot-de.blahdns.com
doh.de.blahdns.com -> doh-de.blahdns.com

Old germany server IP 217.61.0.97 will shutdown at October 30 2018
