Problem with utf-8 without BOM when naming artworks.
Example:
- name of the rom: Café -> ok taken into account in the romlist.
- scraper/systeme X/overview/Café.txt -> ok taken into account.
- artwork Café.png or .jpeg -> is not taken into account
