MetaDB - Time to replication

How long is the replication of the DB supposed to take?
I've been running the restore for multiple days now, and I still get [13546-46642] LOG: restored log file "000000010000043700000028" from archive in the logs and an error message of "system still booting up" when I try to access the DB.
I'm probably doing something wrong here...would super appreciate any help!
