Logging out doesn't work properly

The behavior when logging out and then logging back in (with the goal to log in as another user) is somewhat unpredictable. Sometimes I'm immediately logged back in as the initial user. Sometimes the Authorize Application window appears (but not the log-in window), also forcing me to log back in as the initial user. And sometimes a fresh log-in window appears. This happens both with and without restarting OpenSesame in-between logging out and logging back in.
