Preserve context information when converting data from JATOS to csv/ xlsx

A complete dataset has a context field that provides some additional metadata. Right now, the context information is ignored when converting the JATOS data to csv/ xlsx format. Possible improvements would be to:
- Add the context information as columns to the spreadsheet
- Create separate files with context information
Right now I'm verging towards the first option.
