subject_nr is always 0

Right now, subject_nr is always 0, and the values specified in the extension are ignored. The desired behavior is that you can specify a comma-separated list of subject numbers in the extension, and that one of the subject numbers is randomly chosen every time that the experiment is launched (i.e. not when the experiment is built).
