Ideas for new learning formats

Learning objectives (see #1596), checks for understanding, and links to community resources could supplement OCDS material to enhance learning. We already have videos for key concepts, and can consider other learning formats.

For example, we can move toward structuring guidance content closer to a course, with checks for understanding (e.g. using spaced repetition), exercises to complete, and a variety of formats to engage users in learning.
