Make teleport (already added) an admin/gm/dev command if it is not already one. Same with /jjang

Some other commands not listed above for GM+

being able to get the room master and ability to insta-kick players when in the game room (prior to game starting).
ability to mute all general members in the room for X seconds (only should work in-game or in the game room).
ability to /join <player_name> any player even if the room is full.
