HitBox setting option

Remove hitboxes from other players to be shown on your screen and only show the hitbox of your character when this option is selected (as you can see players behind walls/obstacles etc.) Make this a training room specific feature.
Remove debug info setting option and make it selectable only by a developer/admin. (Same with /debug command).
Make /argv an admin/dev/gm command.
Make /swordcolor an admin/dev/gm command.
